JCC Maccabi Games 2024: We're headed to Detroit!

The JCC Maccabi Games are an Olympic-style sporting competition held each summer in North America and one of the largest organized sports programs for Jewish teens in the world. Maccabi participants learn the value of teamwork, integrity, cultural pride and community service, while expanding an appreciation of Jewish values and building lifelong friendships.

Team Peninsula Palo Alto (a combination of the PJCC and OFJCC) will be roaring into the Motor City for the 2024 JCC Maccabi Games. Athletes ages 12–16 (before July 31, 2024) are eligible to compete in individual and team sports, alongside thousands of Jewish athletes from around the world. But the Games are so much more than just competition. Participation in opening and closing ceremonies, community service programs and social and cultural events are all part of the experience and some of the many ways to make friends and memories.

The Games will be held in Detroit from July 28–August 2.

    Team Sport Offerings:
