Beged Kefet Hebrew Adult Ulpan (for non-Hebrew speakers)

Beged Kefet Hebrew School Adult Ulpan Intermediate Course

It's never too late to learn Hebrew!

Beged Kefet is keeping the momentum of its successful Beginner Hebrew Adult Ulpan, and is launching the subsequent intermediate class in two locations—Palo Alto and Berkeley.

    • The Palo Alto Ulpan will be taught in a hybrid model (in-person and online classes interchangeably) in the evening hours.
    • The Berkeley Ulpan will be taught online in the early morning hours.

Join our intensive, Intermediate Hebrew Ulpan course, and allow yourself to converse, read and write in Hebrew as well as connect to Israeli culture and Jewish holidays. In addition to the lessons, students will be paired with a buddy, a Hebrew speaker, for a weekly meeting over coffee to further bolster their conversational skills.

Beged Kefet is the OFJCC's Hebrew language school with a team of experienced and passionate Hebrew teachers. Our school is unique in offering the latest, most innovative Hebrew teaching methods.

See below for our schedule of classes, tuition information and details on how to register!

In order to establish the best learning plan for each class, each student will be asked to complete a placement evaluation with the teacher (this doesn't apply to students who took the beginner Ulpan and are continuing their studies).

The opening of each class is subject to the enrollment of a minimum of 5 students.
