On October 18, the Preschool and Development will host the 3rd Annual Fundraising Lunch to kick off the fundraising year for the preschool.
Come together with fellow preschool parents, past and present, in support of the OFJCC Leslie Family Preschool. The event was well-received last year with almost 100 current and alumni parents in attendance.
This year, we welcome Jael Toledo who will show you how to reconnect with yourself, and raise awareness around the importance of taking care of yourself and your mental and emotional health.
Take this moment for a talk that will change your perception and inspire you to take action and discover your strengths and super powers to live an amazing life.
Jael's humorous and inspiring speaking style has been captivating audiences across the globe.
Through her authentic storytelling she will show you the importance of being in charge of choosing who you want to be, take you out of your comfort zone and rediscover your full potential.
Jael
Toledo was born in Miami, Florida in 1982, and raised in Medellin, Colombia. In
1996 she moved to Israel to finish high school and serve in the Israeli Army. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology with a minor in
Special Education,
and a Masters degree in marriage and family counseling/therapy.
After
more than 10 years working with children with emotional, physical and
mental challenges, Jael realized the importance of providing parental support,
and began offering one-on-one emotional guidance to families, analyzing
children's behaviors and challenges, and equipping parents with the
necessary tools to understand, connect, and modify their children's challenges.
In addition, Jael works directly with couples experiencing infertility
challenges, providing them with 24/7 emotional support while going through
infertility treatments. Aside from her family practice, Jael is a mother of three
and a motivational speaker who empowers women to pursue their dreams, projects
and ideas.
