Looking for a relaxing Sunday afternoon? Missed live music? Want to reconnect with your friends?
Join us for Summer on the Square every other Sunday for live music, schmoozing with old and new friends, and light refreshments.
This Sunday, we are happy to present ZIVA—Till the Morning Light.
Folk-infused rhythm and blues, delivered with a dynamic soulful voice, is what San
Francisco-based singer-songwriter Ziva is all about. With a background in
classical music, funk and jazz, Ziva's music draws inspiration from many
different genres and is eclectic, soulful, seductive and lush. Over the past three
years Ziva has been recording her entire song catalog of the past 15 years with
producer Gawain Mathews and will be releasing all of these songs in the
very near future. Ziva will be accompanied by guitarist Spenser Steinman.
Steinman is a guitarist and songwriter from the mountains of Topanga. He
graduated from SFSU with a bachelors of jazz guitar. Past projects include The
Blue Wine Jazz Trio, A Lovely Mess, and Deep River Valley. He currently teaches
music and performs under the pseudonym Poppy Dragon.
Kid-friendly. Admission is free. Refreshments and drinks for sale.
Space is limited due to State and County COVID guidelines. Registration is required.
