Join Chef Anna Voloshyna in support of Ukraine for the pre-launch of her cookbook BUDMO!
The evening will have an array of bites and assorted infused vodkas straight out of BUDMO! Learn about the work Anna has been doing to support her country, Ukraine.

Anna and her husband Alex moved from Kyiv to the Bay Area in 2011. Shortly after, Anna became a contributor to the Ukrainian Marie Claire Magazine, which was the first little spark to ignite her passion for cooking. Following this experience, she rediscovered her culinary heritage by hosting dinner parties and sharing wholesome Eastern European flavors and food culture. In 2014, she worked as a food photographer and culinary critique for various San Francisco-based food startups, such as Allset, MealPal, Zesty, Feastly and Cozymeal.
In 2017, after numerous photoshoots and assisting with new cooking endeavors, Anna was finally offered a chance to unveil her own food-making talents. Her first Eastern European pop-up dinner was a revelation: the true lifetime passion finally realized in the spotlight of her mind. Since that moment, Anna has hosted hundreds of pop-ups and cooking classes together with Whole Foods, One Hope Winery, 18 Reasons and ChefsFeed. Her Georgian Khachapuri nights became a delicious sensation in the San Francisco foodie community.
A note from Anna:
"As a young cook who moved from Ukraine to California at the age of twenty-one, I feel it is my duty to keep these dishes alive, tell their stories and share my culture. In this cookbook, you will find recipes that are perfect for large family gatherings, lazy weekend brunches and quiet weeknight dinners. Some recipes are very traditional and were born from my childhood memories, but most are my modern interpretations of beloved classics. All of them are meant to make you fall in love with new flavors and aromas and expand your cooking horizons. Gather around your own table and raise a glass to the spirit of BUDMO! ~Anna Voloshyna
