    Whether you or your child needs to learn the fundamentals of basketball or are an athlete ready for the next level, we can help.

    All ages and skill levels welcome. Whether you're a newcomer who wants to build the fundamentals to succeed, a high school athlete ready to acquire the skills to make it to the next level, or a seasoned athlete looking to fine-tune your game for rec league, we are here for you.

    Sign up today to work on a variety of skills: shooting, dribbling, core development, endurance, passing, individual moves and most importantly, the competitiveness to outplay your competition.

    Sessions will have no more than four athletes at a time to work on each athlete’s specific needs.

    Training sessions are available upon request and early bird weekend workouts start at 7:00 AM.

    1 session:   $65/hour
    5-pack:        $310 – Save $15
    10-pack:      $610 – Save $40
    20-pack:      $1190 – Save $110

    Training Cost (Up to 4 people):
    1 session:   $45/hour
    5-pack:        $210 – Save $15
    10-pack:      $410 – Save $40
    20-pack:      $800 – Save $110

    Note: Rates are for Members. General Public rates are $10 more per session for adults, $5 more per session for kids.


    We bring in the best high school, collegiate and professional coaches to train with our athletes. These highly trained and experienced coaches help to make the complete athlete. Our sessions are filled with sport-specific drills to help elevate your individual game to the next level.
