    Evolve: Health and Performance Training

    OFJCC Palo Alto JCCGroup Functional Fitness and Health Coaching for Modern Humans

    We are a community inspired to live fully and create better versions of ourselves. We challenge ourselves both inside and outside of the gym so that we can look, function and feel better. We are driven to get results so that we can experience more out of life.

    Evolve is a highly refined and comprehensive small group training system made to be both effective and efficient. The system was developed by master personal trainer Bryan Osuna and specialized personal trainer Victor Santos

    We invite anyone who is motivated to upgrade their lives to come join us!

    Details: All sessions are 55 minutes with an average group size of 3–5 people. All participants are required to train one-on-one with Bryan prior to attending a group. This can be scheduled by emailing Bryan directly.

    Participants are encouraged to commit to a consistent schedule week-to-week. Confirmation is required for participation and any cancellations under 24 hours are subject to full charge. 

    Introductory Session: $60 Members | $75 General Public


    Schedule:
    Mondays: 12:30–1:25 PM, 5:30–5:25 PM
    Wednesdays: 6:00–6:55 PM
    Thursdays: 12:00–12:55 PM, 1:00–1:55 PM
    Fridays: 5:30–6:25 PM

    Goldman Fitness Center
    Single Session (Drop-ins): $48 per session
    Once a Week (4 sessions per month): $170 per month ($42.50 per session)
    Twice a Week (8 sessions per month): $290 per month ($36.25 per session)
    Three Times a Week (12 sessions per month): $365 per month ($30.40 per session)
    General Public and J-Pass rates are $15 more per session
