It serves as the pillar for nearly all movement and posture, while protecting vital organs. Come develop a greater understanding of your core to prevent injuries, move better and look good along the way. Plan to move and practice exercises in this workshop.
Master coach and personal trainer, Bryan Osuna, leads a monthly 75-minute movement workshop that explores modern wellness and longevity. In addition, Bryan coaches weekly specialty group training classes and welcomes you to learn more about this community.
