    OFJCC Palo Alto JCC Join Dr. Einat Wilf, a former member of Knesset and leading thinker on matters of foreign policy, economics, Israel and Zionism in a talk about her runaway bestseller, whose first English translation is certain to spark lively debate. The book talk will be followed by a conversation with OFJCC CEO Zack Bodner.

    Dr. Wilf is a leading thinker on matters of foreign policy, economics, education, Israel and Zionism. She was a member of the Israeli Parliament from 2010–2013, where she served as Chair of the Education Committee and Member of the influential Foreign Affairs and Defense Committee. In the past she served as a Senior Fellow at the Jewish People Policy Institute, the Baye Foundation Adjunct Fellow at the Washington Institute for Near East Policy, Foreign Policy Advisor to Vice Prime Minister Shimon Peres and a strategic consultant with McKinsey & Company.

    OFJCC Palo Alto JCCDr. Wilf has a BA from Harvard, an MBA from INSEAD in France, and a PhD in Political Science from the University of Cambridge. Born and raised in Israel, Dr. Wilf served as an Intelligence Officer in the Israel Defense Forces. She is the author of six books that explore key issues in Israeli society: My Israel, Our Generation, about Israel's younger generation; Back to Basics: How to Save Israeli Education (at no additional cost) (published in Hebrew); It's NOT the Electoral System, Stupid (published in Hebrew); Winning the War of Words and Telling Our Story that compile her key essays on Israel and Zionism; and her most recent book, The War of Return: How Western Indulgence of the Palestinian Dream Has Obstructed the Path to Peace (St. Martin's Press).
