What do a software guy and a real estate salesman do after throwing in their corporate towels? Make cheese…of course! After creating a signature cheddar, adventure and invention soon kicked in. They mixed rich coffee with bright lavender, rubbed a cheddar, and Barely Buzzed was born! In its first year, it won "Best Flavored Cheddar in America." They went on to create a wide array of "changed" cheddars.
