Does your baby wake up several times each night and take short naps during the day? Does your child refuse to sleep in his own bed, moving dad out to the couch? Is each bedtime a nightmare followed by a sleepless night?
We are happy to invite you to a workshop that will focus on children's sleep issues. We will learn about sleep physiology, and understand why it is difficult for our children to go to bed and stay asleep through the night. We will also try to get answers to some of the common questions that usually arise and discuss how can we help both child and parents get a good night's sleep.
