Join us for a free demo lesson to the Introduction to Ballroom Dance three-week course with instructor Becky Stout.

During the three-week Ballroom sampler course, Becky will teach you the basics to American Smooth dances like Waltz and Foxtrot, and Latin dances like Cha Cha and Rumba. Whether you're an experienced dancer, or think you have two left feet, Becky will guide you with grace and encouragement. She promises a lot of laughter along the way. Bring a partner or come solo and dance the night away!

Becky Stout recently moved to the Bay Area after an 11-year dance career in New York City. Along with a vast experience in musical theatre, her passion for Ballroom has followed her around the world, where she has taught for Holland America Cruise Line, as well as in NYC. Becky was certified to teach American Smooth and Latin by Melanie LaPatin, best known for her choreography work on Fox's So You Think You Can Dance and ABC's Dancing With the Stars.

Becky serves as Ballroom Consultant for New York's RWS Entertainment, auditioning and hiring hundreds of singers and dancers every year to work on cruise ships, at theme parks, corporate events and more. She has choreographed and directed at professional theaters across the country, including Missoula Children's Theatre in Mexico (teaching in Spanish), Alpine Theatre Project, Project Dance NYC and CAP21 in NYC.

Becky was the Dance Demonstrator for Broadway's Matilda auditions and traveled as their press representative for the dance department. Some of her favorite performing credits include Follies with the Broadway cast, 'Charity' in Anything Goes off-Broadway, dancing on SNL and on a giant cake in the feature film Ted 2, and kicking in the iconic Christmas line of legs as a Radio City Rockette

As an experienced dancer, Becky loves to share the joy that dance has brought to her with students ages 2–92. Becky teaches Latin and Ballroom, musical theatre jazz, tap, clogging and flamenco. Follow Becky on Instagram
