Join our group to see Broadway's spectacular musical Hamilton

The plot is based on Ron Chernow's biography of America's Founding Father Alexander Hamilton. The play follows an immigrant from the West Indies who during the Revolutionary War became George Washington's right-hand man and the nation's first Treasury Secretary.

The Hamilton recording received a 2016 Grammy for best Musical Theater Album. The musical score blends hip-hop, jazz, blues, rap, R&B and Broadway. Book, music and lyrics by Lin-Manuel Miranda, direction by Thomas Kail and choreography by Andy Blankenbuehler.

Hamilton is showing at the Orpheum Theater in San Francisco. The show starts at 1:00 PM. We go directly to the theater; there is no lunch stop.

Funded in part by the Senior Mobility Initiative of the Jewish Community Federation and Endowment Fund.
