    OFJCC Palo Alto JCC
Good Deeds Day is a global day that unites people from over 100 countries to do good deeds for the benefit of others and the planet. Since 2007, millions of people from thousands of communities, organizations and businesses join together every year to volunteer and do good. This Good Deeds Day the OFJCC will join by providing hands-on projects for all.

    Projects this year include:
    • Half Moon Bay Habitat Restoration: Work on dune and bluff restoration along beautiful Half Moon Bay State Beach. Protect and preserve the natural environment by planting native plants and removing non-native vegetation. The project goes on rain or shine!
    • Make Dog Biscuits and Animal Toys: Make an animal's day by making dog biscuits as well as cat and dog toys, which will be given to Operation Freedom Paws and the Palo Alto Animal Shelter.
    • Make Dessert for Seniors and Deliver and Serve: Join us at the OFJCC to make desserts and snacks for the seniors at Lytton Gardens. When you are finished you will be delivering the snacks to the seniors at Lytton Gardens and staying to serve them and play games with them.
