Using a creative blend of strength, core and aerobic exercise, Specialized Personal Trainer Tara Pipia will boost the strength and conditioning of each class participant. The circuits prescribed are designed to be fast-paced and time-efficient, the perfect combination for those seeking a full body workout prior to starting your day. All fitness levels are welcomed and encouraged to join.
