Our new beginner's class is perfect for those who plan to begin a new sport or activity in the fall or athletes who do not want to lose pace over the summer.
Off-season Training helps you:

Sport-Specific Athletic Training (SSAT) is geared for any athlete looking to educate themselves on the movements of their sport, as well as utilize fundamental exercises that will help develop these movements.
Guided workout plans will be given that illustrate the stretches, exercises and recovery needed to excel through any sport's demands. Our team will focus on building leadership, self-responsibility and respect for fellow teammates. Whether you are just getting interested in a new sport, or you want to achieve a higher level of performance, SSAT welcomes you to join our group workouts with peers who are driven to win in life and in sport. Athletes aren't born; they're built.
