    Spring Break Camp Week 1: April 1–5

    Where: OFJCC, Campus-wide, multiple locations


    OFJCC Palo Alto JCCDuring week one of Spring Break Camp, campers will enjoy a fun-filled week participating in daily themed activities that may include sports, playing GAGA, camp games, arts and crafts and a field trip. They will have non-stop fun meeting some furry friends with Wildlife Associates and creepy crawly friends with Savenature.org. We will have a field day in the OFJCC Park as well as bringing Games2U for an exciting day of laser tag, hamster ball and a video game truck. On Thursday, campers will enjoy a day of rides attractions and games at Great America.

    Highlight activities may include (subject to change): 

    Monday, April 1: Animal Planet (with Wildlife Associates)
    Wildlife Associates provides a powerful multicultural learning experience as they transport your camper to some of the most wondrous rainforests of the world. Campers will see unusual and awe-inspiring animals in front of a projected backdrop of rainforest habitats. Wildlife Associates create a positive look at the tropical rainforest, its plants and wildlife. Other camp activities may include GAGA, songs, camp games and more.

    Tuesday, April 2: Buggin' Out (with Savenature.org)
    Explore the fantastic lives of beetles, millipedes, tarantulas, walking sticks, whip scorpions and more! Savenature.org will bring their hands-on Insect Discovery Lab to camp. Their presenters will introduce your camper to the extraordinarily diverse world of insects and other arthropods and teach them about their key role in the web of life. Scientific observation, insect identification and the natural history of bugs' lives are just some of the areas they focus on. Campers will also enjoy other camp activities such as GAGA, field games and arts and crafts.

    Wednesday, April 3: Field Day (with J-Camp Staff)
    Campers will have a blast spending the day playing sports with our experienced staff in the park and pavilion. Campers will also enjoy other camp activities such as GAGA, field games and arts and crafts.

    Thursday, April 4: Field Trip TBD

    Friday, April 5: Games2U (with Games2U)
    Campers will have a fun-filled day playing indoor and outdoor games. Games2U will be at camp with life-sized games such as the giant hamster ball, Laser Tag and the video game truck. Campers will also enjoy other camp activities such as GAGA, field games and arts and crafts.
