Join the OFJCC Run Club for a two-month training program customized to your personal run or walk goal. We will be training for the Palo Alto 10K, 5K and Double 8K (5K+break+3K) which will be held on Sunday, March 8 at the Palo Alto Bayland Open Space on the west shore of San Francisco Bay. The Double 8K Run/Walk is a two-stage run (5K+Halftime+3K). The races will be run on a flat, fast course. The 5K and 10K courses are mostly on paved and hard-pack trials. The 3K leg is half-roads and half-paved trail.
Weekly workouts build strength, mobility, breathing technique and walk/run movement. Our community is fun and includes a wide range of abilities and goals; join us!
Our instructor is Specialized Personal Trainer, Run Coach and running enthusiast Galit Reuveni. According to Galit, "I believe our body is one-of-a kind and there is always so much more we can improve. I see our body as an instrument that we need to know how to use and how to get the most out of. I look forward to meeting you!"
