Equanimity is the personal attribute of steady composure and calm in the face of even difficult situations and life circumstances. Enjoy a Shabbat weekend in the Santa Cruz Mountains and develop tools for cultivating equanimity through meditation and yoga infused with Jewish wisdom teachings, nature, periods of silence and practice in a supportive community.
