No matter where we live, we all agree that our ocean and waterways support and improve our lives. We are teaming up with our local teens to clean the beach in Santa Cruz. We will learn more about how we can improve shore life and make an impact on the cleanliness of the beach. Then we will enjoy lunch at the beach, and after we will head to the boardwalk to have fun.
Please meet at the front of the OFJCC at the drop-off near the benches. We will be traveling in the large white vans.
This trip will need a waiver filled for each person. It will be emailed to you after you sign up. Please have it filled out by a parent BEFORE you arrive, or you may not be able to attend.
The Jewish Teen Education and Engagement Initiative (Teen Initiative) is a project of the Jewish Community Federation and Endowment Fund, in partnership with Jewish Federation and The Jewish Community Foundation of the East Bay, and with support from the Jim Joseph Foundation.
