Dear OFJCC Donors,
First and foremost, your OFJCC family is sending love and good wishes for your health and safety during this challenging time. If we can do anything to help you, your family or others in your community, or if you have concerns and need a partner to process them, please reach out to me personally and our team will be of service in any way we can. COVID-19 notwithstanding, the OFJCC is at the epicenter of an extraordinary network and we remain committed to building community, enriching lives and inspiring Jewish journeys.
With regard to your ongoing generous support of the OFJCC, we ask for your patience as we adjust to the reality of our newly remote offices. Thank you letters, pledge reminders and other such communications will be delayed as we focus on our most pressing communal needs, and we promise that we will get these documents to you in due time. If anything is urgent, please do not hesitate to be in touch. In general, gift acknowledgement letters will be sent via email within 4–6 weeks as digital attachments instead of US mail.
Regarding taxes, should you need any documentation of your gifts for tax purposes, please do let us know right away and we will prioritize processing these requests. We do respectfully request that you provide us with as much lead time as possible. All requests for documentation should be directed to Rachel Guedelhoefer at [email protected].
The OFJCC employs 200+ hourly employees, and our unexpected and indeterminate closure is threatening the livelihood of the people who deliver our incredible programs and services to you every day. Should you be in a position to help, please make a gift today at www.paloaltojcc.org/donate. Please contact me directly for wire or stock transfer instructions.
We thank you for your patience, understanding and compassion during these extraordinary times, and hope to see you all back on campus soon.
My very best,
Chief Development Officer
