    Build confidence and endurance in the water in a comfortable, supportive environment. Our experienced coaches will teach you in a low key setting that will allow you to learn proper stroke mechanics to improve your ability and fitness level in the water.

    For adults and teens ages 13 and up

    Session 1: Monday, 6:30–7:30 PM and Wednesday, 7:30–8:30 PM
    Session 2: Tuesday, 6:30–7:30 PM and Wednesday, 6:30–7:30 PM
    Session 3: Thursday, 6:30–7:30 PM and Saturday, 2:00–3:00 PM
    Session 4: Saturday, 1:00–2:00 PM and Sunday, 3:30–4:30 PM

    PreMasters Swim

    This class is for ages 13 and up who have always wanted to swim a masters workout but need some stroke refinement and endurance. Class is an ongoing monthly program that meets two times per week, for eight sessions.

    Advance registration required.

    Session 2: Monday, 8:30–9:30 PM and Wednesday, 8:30–9:30 PM

    Session 4: Saturday, 11:00 AM–12:00 PM and Sunday, 1:30–2:30 PM

    Session 5: Saturday 12:00

    Masters Swim

    Train for a triathlon, improve your technique or enhance your workout with Masters Swim! This is an ongoing, complimentary workout for Center Members that you are able to join at any time.

    You should be able to swim 500 yards non-stop. Not ready for Masters? Our PreMasters program will get you where you need to be. 

    Adults and teens ages 13 and up
    Morning Session: Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays | 6:00–7:00 AM
    Weekend Session: Saturdays | 9:30–10:45 AM
    Monthly, Ongoing 

    10-pack: Free for Members | $150 General Public and J-Pass holders

    Aqua Fitness, Aqua Interval, Aqua Stretch 

    Enjoy our warm water indoor pool (3'6" to 4') in these fun multi-level classes. Aqua Fitness uses water dynamics and flotation tools for a fun cardiovascular and resistance training class. Aqua Interval incorporates cardio endurance, resistance training and flexibility. Aqua Stretch focuses on flexibility, range of motion and balance.
