Our January birthday girl wanted a pool party and the JCC's indoor waterpark pool was a perfect choice! The facilities were fabulous, the party coordinator made everything super easy and was extremely helpful, and all the guests ranging in age from three months to 90 years had a blast and didn't want to leave. Every staff member, from the guard at the gate to the front desk to the lifeguards, was cheerful and helped make our party a huge success. We'll definitely be back for our February birthday boy and our March birthday girl and.... Weber family of Los Altos Thanks for the excellent support you and your team provided during our event! Somebody was always there to help and they did it cheerfully. It is much appreciated. Michael Ross did an excellent job of meeting our needs, answering my many questions and providing quick replies. Very professional. The facility is lovely, the staff extremely helpful, and the meeting room spacious – LOVED the patio area. The sound system worked perfectly for the magician we hired. Would use an approved OFJCC caterer next time – better familiarity with the venue and large groups. I look forward to working with you again in the near future. | As the year of 2012 starts, we are planning our annual choral concert for this year. It's been a very good experience working with your team at the Shultz Cultural Arts Hall since 2010. Our production crew really appreciates the professional technical assistance from Tim Sutton and his patience throughout the process. | My son Gabriel and I were so impressed with the JCC's Cultural Hall space that we just had to have it for his Bar-Mitzvah celebration! The design, size, colors and technical features were perfect for the look and the ambiance we were looking for in his upbeat "cool" dinner and dance party. The glass-enclosed lobby looked magical with spectacular lighting fixtures and was perfect for the wine and appetizers for the adults. The remarkable big screen and the audio quality were excellent in showcasing the DVD we presented. The dance floor size was just right and best of all was the raised stage that was used effectively by the DJ. I will never forget the very last moments of the party, while the farewell music was played, Gabe and his friends went up on the stage shoulder to shoulder, raising him up moving together side by side. | Thank you for our most wonderful IFMA-SV Chapter meeting on January 27th. I knew from the moment I walked into your beautiful facility for our initial planning meeting, and met you, that this was going to be the best event we have had in years. I have coordinated over 50 large meetings for our Chapter in the past few years throughout Silicon Valley and this was indeed our very best experience. It was very gratifying to have so many compliments from our Members after this event. Your attention to detail was remarkable and much appreciated. I don’t know where to stop raving about the friendly and professional service we received from all of your staff. The map, directions and signage were perfect. The A/V support was terrific, especially because we had several different media formats to present. The sound system was the best we’ve had. And I was completely amazed at how efficiently your staff transformed the lobby into a post-meeting food & beverage reception area after our meeting began in the auditorium. Your graciousness and flexibility in responding to our last minute request to add heat lamps and seating areas outside on the patio to accommodate our unanticipated large attendance demonstrated the ultimate in customer service. | We hosted our 2010 annual kick-off meeting for the Silicon Valley IFMA Chapter at the Oshman Family Jewish Community Center for 300+ members. The venue was spectacular and the service and support by the JCC team was outstanding. We were very impressed with the set-up, media/IT support and overall attention to detail provided by the JCC. The JCC also catered and coordinated our food and beverages for the event—it was spectacular! We will definitely be using the JCC for future events.
