The gym is beautiful and well-run, the staff is friendly and professional, and I was very happy with the class schedule and teachers (try UJam!). It's not overcrowded and there is a nice mix of people/age groups. There is a friendly atmosphere towards children and my son loved the summer and vacation camps. Elena F. He made a tremendous difference in taking my son's skills to the next level. Justin is a very impressive and versatile coach, he is equally good with toddlers and older kids. (Palo Alto) 5/1/2011 If you are looking for a nice place to work out, your search is over. No other facility can compare to this 2 story stunner that reminds me more of a resort than a gym. If you are single, this is your best value for an upscale facility. If you have kids, it's well worth your money because of all the free afterschool programs. The workout facilities are state-of-the-art. I have never seen a nicer gym. I love their adults-only locker rooms (they have family locker rooms, too). I am absolutely thrilled with this place. J.G. Even the architecture of the facility is out of the ordinary. This is probably the best workout facility in the area, and for the Jewish community, it's a wonderful gathering place and resource. One afternoon at the pool which thrilled my kids sold me. Definitely worth the money for my family. Great place to make motivating yourself for indoor fitness super easy. Jaime L. The gentleman worked a lot of the kinks in my neck/back and had me feeling like I was walking on clouds after my yoga class. Christina S. (Los Altos) 1/13/2010 The facility is awesome! I am a fan of new gyms, but this one blows me away! First the indoor water park pool for the kids is so much fun (that pool alone is reason to join). The child care is great and inexpensive, plus they change diapers. I have tried a number of classes and all the instructors are very helpful and welcoming. I just started Boot Camp… the instructor, James, is really nice and helpful when it comes to the exercises and even nutrition information. The JCC Fitness Center is a great gym to join!
