Toddlers: 18–23 months
Give your toddler a head start! Join us for a fun-filled, stimulating experience with professional early childhood educators. Enjoy our new beautiful, fully equipped classrooms and play yards. Our program features music and movement, art activities, dramatic play, Jewish culture and Jewish holidays. Our low teacher to student ratio (1:4) allows for a warm and comforting atmosphere.

 
   

Two-Year-Olds
In T’enna’s program for two-year-olds, children build their first social connections as part of a group and develop self-awareness, self-confidence and independence. Teachers help smooth the family’s transition to the preschool environment, working as a team with the child’s caregivers to ensure a happy and successful experience. Our low teacher to student ratio (1:5) allows for a warm and comforting atmosphere.

 
   

Three-Year-Olds
T‘enna‘s program for three-year-olds celeb-rates the uniqueness of each child‘s emerging interests, talents, abilities and motivations. The play-based learning environment provides room for personalities to develop, relationships to form and imaginations to soar. Families receive frequent updates about each child‘s progress and development. Our low teacher to student ratio (1:7) allows for a warm and comforting atmosphere.

 
   

Four-Year-Olds
The language-rich environment of T‘enna‘s program for four-year-olds supports each child‘s creative expression and social development while preparing boys and girls for the responsibilities and challenges of kindergarten. Children‘s growing number sense and pre-literacy skills are encouraged through informal, hands-on learning. Families receive frequent updates about their children‘s progress and development. Our low teacher to student ratio (1:7) allows for a warm and comforting atmosphere.

 
   

Gesher: Transition to Kindergarten
Transition to Kindergarten
This class is for young five-year-olds not quite ready for elementary school. We offer pre-reading skills, a manipulative-based math program and an integrated secular and Judaic program. We teach emotional, cognitive, physical, social and spiritual development. Our 1:6 teacher-to-child ratio ensures personalized attention and the opportunity to develop skills for future learning.

 
   

Ulpanon Aleph: Hebrew Immersion for Three-Year-Olds
T’enna Preschool’s Hebrew Immersion program is open to children who have no prior Hebrew language experience. Students learn in a Hebrew-speaking environment. All classroom and outdoor activities are conducted in Hebrew with books, music and games.

 
   

Ulpanon Bet: Hebrew Immersion for Four-Year-Olds
T’enna Preschool’s Hebrew Immersion program is open to children who have completed Ulpanon Aleph. Students learn in a Hebrew-speaking environment. All classroom and outdoor activities are conducted in Hebrew with books, music and games.

 
   

Extended Day Options -
T'enna Preschool offers both morning and afternoon extended programming.

 
   
Lunch and Specialty Classes  

T’enna Preschool’s lunch and specialty classes allow children to enjoy a little more time with their friends during lunch as well as an enrichment class. Children will enjoy classes such as Clay Play, Sifting through Science, Angel Bear Yoga, Healthy Baking, Messy Art and more. Classes change three times a year.

Camp Rimon

 

T’enna Preschool’s Camp Rimon program is staffed by our Early Childhood Education professionals. This program is a continuation of the preschool day and offers a well-rounded morning and/or afternoon, including quiet and active learning opportunities in a well equipped, stimulating environment. Afternoon hours are contracted in blocks of time, as available, from one to five days per week.

After School Enrichment (ASE) Classes  

T’enna Preschool’s ASE classes are taught by specialists experienced in working with this age group. These classes are a great way to expose young children to new interests or indulge interests they already have, whether it’s gymnastics, MAD science, basketball, yoga, music or one of our many other options.
