Small Group Reformer Pilates
The workhorse of Pilates is the Reformer, a specialized piece of equipment with a moving platform that uses spring resistance. The Reformer allows for full range of motion and challenges your core and stability. It helps novice students by placing them in proper alignment while challenging experienced students by adding resistance throughout the exercises. Many Pilates enthusiasts prefer working on Reformers, which offer more resistance and support than a mat.

A small class size (limited to four people) guarantees you’ll receive plenty of attention and support.

Private Reformer Pilates
One-on-one training is the best way to progress in Pilates whether you’re an advanced student or just starting out. A trained instructor will tailor your workout to meet your specific goals while incorporating the basic Pilates principles of strength and flexibility. Private Pilates training has a 24-hour notice cancellation policy.

Rehabilitation Reformer Pilates
Rehabilitation Pilates is perfect for those who need the specialized knowledge of a licensed physical therapist or have finished physical therapy but aren't quite ready to join a group Pilates Reformer class.

Jill Rytand specializes in rehabilitation Pilates and will create a personalized program to help balance muscle weakness and tightness while working to prevent re-injury. You will feel confident as you move toward healing, health and balance.

Note: Jill Rytand and Rehabilitation Pilates are not affiliated with Agile Physical Therapy, but Jill will work with the physical therapist at Agile if a client has been seeing them.

Pilates Jumpboard Workout
The Pilates Jumpboard elevates the heart rate more than any other Pilates class.

The Jumpboard is an attachment for the footbar of the Reformer, allowing you to float back and forth in a jumping movement.
This action gives a great lower body, abdominal, and cardiovascular workout. Proper jumping mechanics, core stability and total body strength and toning are incorporated into this class.
