The following classes are FREE for Center Members unless otherwise noted. Non-Members and Community Members must purchase a
Day Pass. Schedule changes monthly and may include some or all of the following classes.

Aqua Fitness
Take your workout into the pool with this invigorating, non-impact class. Use water resistance to develop strength and cardiovascular endurance. This is especially ideal for athletes recovering from an injury, older adults and pregnant women. Swimming experience is not necessary.
 
Aqua Interval
Burn fat and cellulite while gaining strength and flexibility. Be prepared to work hard, have fun and splash your way to a healthier you.
 
Barre Workout
This class focuses on muscle isolation and proper alignment to create a “Dance to Fit” cardiovascular workout.
 
Beginning Cycle & Krank
This 45-minute class will teach you the basics of group cycle and Kranking in a relaxed and fun atmosphere.
 
BODYPUMP
The original barbell class that strengthens your entire body. Challenges all your major muscle groups with squats, presses, lifts and curls. Choreographed to great music, you will get the results you came for—fast!  
 
Brain to Body Mat Pilates
Join Stephanie Herman as she teaches YOU how the brain is responsible for controlling specific muscle isolations needed for body awareness and injury prevention. Create a confident, strong, more fluid moving body.
Cardio Dance Mix
Street dance and hip hop meets Latin dance to create this high energy dance fitness class.
Cardio Kickboxing
This cardiovascular workout uses the basic techniques of kickboxing to develop overall endurance, conditioning and stamina.
Cardio Physique
High energy cardio will focus on sustained fluid movement to hear your body for both traditional and yoga inspired strength exercise sequences.
Core Conditioning
Specifically targeting the core, this class helps you focus on strength and stabilization. Exercises may be done standing, on a stability ball or using the BOSU® trainer.
Core Fusion
This class combines pilates, yoga and dance to work the core muscles and increase flexibility.
Cycle/Row
This full-body cross-training class will burn calories and tone both your lower and upper body in 60 minutes.
Cycle Fusion
This class fuses the energy and fun of a typical indoor cycle class with a real training activity for outdoor cyclists. More than just a good group cardio activity, this class will help you see performance gains. You will feel faster, lighter and better about your overall fitness whether you prefer to ride inside or outside.
Cycle
Use a fully adjustable and stationary indoor bicycle to improve cardiovascular fitness, burn calories and increase lower body strength. This fun and highly effective workout incorporates music, visualization and cycling techniques.
Dance Fusion
This high energy cardiovascular workout combines street dancing, hip hop, funk and jazz choreographed to radio hits. All levels welcome. No dance experience or special shoes necessary.  
Deep Water Fitness
Deep Water Aerobics gives you the benefits of weights, aerobics and stretching in a non-impact workout. Burn calories and improve all aspects of physical fitness.
Feldenkrais
Discover gentle movement sequences that are designed to release chronic tension and introduce new movement patterns to the nervous system.
Gentle Yoga
This class incorporates asanas (poses) in a slow, meditative and calm practice. Use gentle movements to increase your mind/body awareness. Appropriate for all levels of fitness.  
Hatha Yoga
Blend traditional yoga styles to work on core strength, flexibility, balance, concentration and breath control. Listen to your body while using asanas (poses), deep breathing and mindfulness. Appropriate for all levels unless noted.
Light & Easy
Light on the joints and easy to follow, this low-impact aerobics class uses simple choreographed movement patterns that emphasize full range of motion, increase cardiovascular endurance and develop balance, stability and flexibility. Appropriate for all levels of fitness, including older adults.  
Mat Pilates
This class introduces the fundamentals of Pilates. Increase core strength, tone your muscles and improve your balance, posture and flexibility. Please bring a mat to class. 
Mat Pilates Plus
Pilates helps improve your posture and increases flexibility and stamina by isolating core muscles and learning to stabilize the body. In this class we combine the classical Pilates method and add other tools, such as the BOSU
® and the ballet bar, to challenge your core muscles.
NIA
A form of aerobic exercise combining elements of dance, martial arts, and healing arts. It is intended to deliver cardiovascular and whole-body conditioning. NIA classes are choreographed and accompanied by a wide variety of music styles.
Pilates Reformer Classes ($)
Small group classes to give you more quality time with a certified Pilates professional. The Pilates Reformer increases your core strength, pelvic and shoulder stability, flexibility and helps improve posture. Towers, jump boards, balls and other props are used. Learn more.
Power Pilates Yoga Fusion
A dynamic class that blends Pilates matwork and fitness yoga. A great total-body workout that addresses core stabilization, flexibility, balance, overall strength and endurance. This is an active flowing class set to upbeat music.
Restorative Yoga
Postures are done in a supported manner with props to minimize strain and maximize flexibility.

Rock Body
Rock your morning with great music and a total body workout using athletic drills, stability exercises and strength training for the core, legs and upper body.

Step Interval
Burn more calories in this high energy class. No breaks just heart pumping movements to shape and tone your body.
Stretch & Move
Warm-up with low impact and non-impact movements. Continue with a variety of exercises designed to increase strength, range of movement and balance. Appropriate for active older adults and beginners.
Strength & Stretch
This class features flowing movements that increase your overall flexibility, strength and balance.
Tai Chi
Class begins with a series of movements used to develop basic strength and coordination, while promoting muscle relaxation and flexibility. The class continues by learning the Chen Style Form, a sequenced pattern of Tai Chi postures.
Total Body Conditioning
A cross-training class that incorporates cardiovascular training with resistance to create a full body workout. The class is fun, motivating and helps you achieve your fitness goals!
U-Jam FitnessTM
This class unites world beats with urban flavor and takes you around the world from hip-hop to Bollywood with an intense cardiovascular workout! Easy to learn dance steps choreographed to high energy music make you sweat, tone your body and leave you craving more.
Vinyasa Yoga
This practice focuses on the synchronization of breath and the continuous flow of movement with a dynamic system of asanas (poses). Vinyasa is a practice that builds endurance, flexibility, strength and mental focus.
Water Works
This thorough yet gentle workout emphasizes strength, stamina, range of motion and cardiovascular fitness.
Zumba®
Ditch the workout and stay for the party! Every Zumba® class is a fun social event. The mix of Latin, top 40 and hip hop music will keep your energized.
Zumba Gold®
A slower version of the popular Zumba® class, with modified dance moves. This class offers less impact on the joints, and simplified movements, but with all the fun of a regular Zumba class!
