Mommy & Me Bootcamp
A fit mom is a happy mom, and a happy mom can better deal with the challenges of having a newborn. A regular fitness routine helps combat the effects of sleep deprivation as well as more serious post partum issues.
Bootcamp is a total body conditioning, stroller-based class for new moms wanting to loose excess pregnancy weight and increase energy levels. Moms can start as soon as their doctor gives clearance (6-8 weeks) and can stay with the class until their child is 18 months.
Class is held indoors and outdoors depending on the weather. We meet in the main studio promptly at the beginning of class and head out from there. Please bring water and a towel. A yoga mat is also helpful.  
Instructor: Laura Mendelson, Certified Specialized Trainer/Nutrition Coach, Mom and pre/postnatal specialist.
