Our cardio and TRX bodyweight training class will bring intensity and killer muscle building techniques to your fitness routine. Guaranteed to challenge even the most seasoned athlete, but appropriate for beginners as well. Carve the abs and muscles you want in just 45 minutes twice a week.
 
Advanced registration required. Minimum 4 participants, maximum 8.
