This sophisticated 8-week fitness and nutrition coaching program is for men and women in need of losing 10 or more pounds and focuses on purposeful exercise and creating new habits.In order to help you begin losing weight and to help you keep the weight off once you reach your goal, we are offering two phases of the Healthy Weight Loss Program. | Dates: | 8 Weeks, Mondays–Thursdays, for both Phase 1 and 2 Session 3: May 21- July 19 (32 classes) No class July 2-5 in observance of Independence Day Session 4: July 30-September 27 (33 classes) No class September 3, 17 & 26 in observance of Labor Day, Rosh Hashanah, and Yom Kippur. Pro rates and weekly billing available. |
