Effective. Efficient. Intense. 30 minutes of this High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) class will skyrocket your metabolism for hours.

Comprised of functional strength training exercises performed in high repetition intervals, this challenging class is for individuals with exercise experience who are looking to take their training to the next level.

One HIIT Wonder is specifically structured to increase metabolism, aerobic capacity, and muscle endurance in a time efficient manner.

Specialized Personal Trainer Bryan Osuna will provide advanced instruction in addition to a high-energy environment consisting of motivated individuals and lively music.
