| Spanish cuisine is heavily influenced by seafood with its signature dish, paella, often having five different kinds. Spaniards are serious about their food, and every bite is imbued with flavor. Tortillas made with eggs and potatoes abound, sharing a place at the table with regional cheeses, sausages and legume dishes. Desserts are part of their classic repertoire with yummy flan, custard, rice pudding (arroz con leche) and churros often on the menu.
