Create “Brain to Body” awareness while developing a dancer’s body.  Educate and inspire yourself on the fundamentals of the Pilates Method – daily movement that is fluid, centered and balanced. Apply what you learn into your weekly group exercise classes and notice a difference in your body awareness.
Also available is the Barre & Muscle Ballet workshop offered on the same days beginning at 2:10 PM. Mix and match any of the four classes to suite your schedule and needs.
Stephanie Herman designs and creates fitness programs including her “Brain to Body” series to help people in their alignment and awareness by exercising the brain first. She is a former principal ballerina and has been teaching for over 25 years.
