Join Judith Redwing Keyssar, RN, BA, for a multi-media presentation and discussion about Palliative Care. The author of Last Acts of Kindness: Lessons for the Living from the Bedsides of the Dying, Ms. Keyssar’s uplifting and sometimes humorous stories describe people she was honored to “midwife” in their dying processes in hospitals, residential facilities and their own homes.Ms. Keyssar is the Director of the Palliative and End of Life Care program of Seniors•At•Home, the senior services division of Jewish Family and Children’s Services. Seniors•At•Home offers a comprehensive range of programs that help older adults live safer, healthier, more independent lives in their own homes, including award-winning home care and care management.
