Barre Workout

Barre Workout classes are ongoing throughout the year, but please be sure to check back here often for exact dates.
 
 
Level 1: Mondays
This free class focuses on the fundamentals of the Barre Workout, such as muscle isolation exercises and moving with proper alignment.

No registration required.
 
Dates: Mondays, ongoing.
Spring Session: March, April & May
Time: 8:30-9:25 AM
Location: Group Exercise Studio
Fee: FREE for Center Members
$20 Community Members/Non-Members

Level 2: Fridays
Apply what you learned in Level 1 into a “Dance to Fit” cardiovascular workout routine.

Pre-registration required.
 
Dates: Fridays, April 13, 20 & 27
No class on April 6 in observance of Passover
$45 Center Members per session
$75Community/Non-Members per session

Fridays, May 4, 11 & 18
No class on May 25 in observance of Passover
$45 Center Members per session
$75 Community/Non-Members
