Afghanistan's dramatic mountain scenery, unparalleled hospitality and delicious, traditional meals are truly inspiring. Let's cook up a scrumptious Afghani feast!

Sophia Momar, the beloved owner of Cafe Sophia in midtown Palo Alto, will lead us in a savory evening. Learn how to cook Mahi Kabob (a salmon dish), Bolani (vegan flatbread) and Ferni (Afghani custard). All meals are either dairy or use only kosher meat without dairy products. Substitutions will be discussed.
